How to Use
First, we recommend that you clean and dry the part of your body that is experiencing pain. Next, cut the plaster to the size that you need. Then, remove the film from the back of the plaster. Apply the adhesive portion to the painful part of your body. We recommend that you do not use more than three plasters each day.

How to use
Do not use on wet or sweaty skin. Clean and dry the affected area before application.
Adults and children 3 years of age and older: Cut to desired size, remove clear plastic film , and apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.
Children under 3 years or age: consult your physician
